International orders will be charged actual shipping costs after verification. Please expect to receive a e-invoice by email for those charges.
We ship via Canada Post Expedited ParcelTM, which includes a tracking number and insurance up to $100.00. If your purchase requires more insurance please contact ecomama.ca to purchase extra coverage.
Provided we have the items in stock, orders placed by 4:00 p.m. on a business day will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will ship the next business day.
Please expect a delivery time of between 2 to 10 days for domestic orders. International orders can take up to 15 days but may arrive sooner.
Please let us know if you prefer to have us send your order by Xpress-post (1-3 business days). You will be charged actual delivery charges.To make arrangements to ship to the U.S., please contact ecomama.ca.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact ecomama.ca.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of order, for an exchange or ecomama.ca credit. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Credits are given for the cost of items only. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
For sales for which shipping was free, this amount will be deducted from your credit.
We will be happy to replace any defective items. Please contact ecomama.ca to make return arrangements before sending the item(s) back.

All personal information you give us is kept confidential and protected with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
We do not sell our client lists, or disclose any information that identifies our clients to an unrelated third party.
